Testimonial
"Working with Lucy since 2016 has been a truly positive & reassuring experience since day one.
I have my fair share of challenges, particularly as a strong female born in the early 60’s, with a difficult family environment to navigate.
Lucy has been able to offer me the support & a safe environment to learn & grow as I strive to understand myself, offering me tools so I cope better with life. Most importantly Lucy worked with me to understand how I can change things for myself, moving the dial on my own mental health in a truly positive way." JP.
